  • Select a maximum of 4 methods to implement for the next quarter.
    • If you’re a beginner, focus on methods labeled as beginner.
    • Otherwise, choose methods that appeal to you based on their descriptions and the pros and cons.
  • As a novice, I chose to implement Time Blocking, Day Theming, and a digital To-Do List.

4) Plan Your Implementation
